Shipping Policy

 

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We usually process orders placed prior to 12 PM EST the same day. Once we have shipped your item, we will email you a tracking number.

When will I receive my sprinkles?

After we process your order, you can expect your sprinkles to arrive in 2 to 5 business days.

Who ships your products?

All our orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $5.  We offer free shipping on orders over $45.

Can I ship to a different address other than my billing address?

Sure! Our team may contact you so that we can verify we are shipping to the correct address. However, depending on where you’re shipping, there may be a short delay. Our team will let you know if there is a problem shipping your item to a different address.

Please make sure you provide correct contact information when you place your order.

Do you ship overseas?

As much a we’d like to, we do not currently offer international shipping.

The carrier says my package has been delivered, but I never received my sprinkles. What do I do?

If your tracking information shows your sprinkles were delivered, we suggest reaching out to the carrier with your tracking information. Once the carrier confirms they delivered your order, they are responsible for making sure you received it.

It has been a few days and my tracking information hasn’t updated.

If you received a notification that your item has shipped, but your tracking information hasn’t updated, please contact us with your order information us so we can confirm your item has shipped.
