What is the timeframe for refunds?

Our refund policy begins 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, we can’t offer you a refund.

Do you accept returns or exchanges for opened sprinkles?

As sprinkles are considered perishable goods, we do not accept returns. Please do not send your opened order back to us. It will not be accepted.

What conditions are acceptable for a refund?

  1. Damaged Bags
  2. Incorrect orders (either incorrect size or type)
  3. Missing orders

How do I request a refund?

  • Damaged Orders - Please send us a photo for verification of the damage. Once our customer service team has reviewed the image, we will issue your refund.
  • Missing Orders - If you did not receive your order, please send us a message with your order number. We will review your order’s tracking information to confirm there were issues with delivery.

My order did not arrive / is damaged. May I receive a replacement?

Please contact us with your order number about requesting a replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
